Sydney Celebrant Fee schedule

Master of Ceremonies $400

(includes pre-event consultation and five hours at your event)

Funeral $260
Wedding $400

Each wedding booking requires a non-refundable 50% deposit, the balance owing one week before the event.  And you choose my wardrobe for the day!

The 50% wedding deposit includes:

  • sighting original birth certificates, divorce papers, passports
  • completion of Notice Of Intended Marriage (Form 13)
  • completion of Marriage Register, Marriage Certificate and Presentation Certificate
  • Statutory Declaration if required
  • assessment of ceremony location
  • scripting of ceremony and research for special requirements
  • referral to relationship education.

The 50% wedding balance includes:

  • 100 klm round trip travel to and from the wedding venue
  • my arrival 15 minutes before time
  • public address equipment
  • the ceremony
  • presentation of certificate
  • lodgement with Registry of Births Deaths & Marriages
  • professional indemnity and public liability insurance
Additional costs for services:
  • on-site rehearsal  –  POA
  • 3 hours Sydney CBD parking   –  $25 surcharge
  • additional copies of ceremony  –  POA
  • travel in excess of 100 km round trip  –  60 cents per km
  • ceremony commencing one hour late for reasons beyond my control  –  $70 per hour surcharge
